Noah Chauvin

Noah Chauvin was a counsel in the Brennan Center for Justice’s Liberty & National Security Program, where he focused on issues related to government surveillance and emergency powers.  Previously, he was intelligence counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  Prior to working at DHS, Noah clerked for the Hon. Thomas C. Wheeler of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Hon. Karen Spencer Marston of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and William & Mary Law School.
