Emile Ayoub is senior counsel in the Brennan Center’s Liberty and National Security Program. His work focuses on surveillance and the impact of technology on civil rights and civil liberties.
Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Ayoub was a litigation associate at Milbank LLP and a digital rights consultant and lecturer in the International Justice Clinic at the University of California, Irvine School of Law. He previously clerked for Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ayoub received his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law.
