Gareth Fowler was a research and program associate in the Brennan Center’s Washington, DC, office. He worked on issues such as campaign finance reform, voting rights, and government ethics and transparency within the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program. Before joining the Brennan Center, Fowler worked as an associate at Arabella Advisors, a national philanthropic consultancy firm. He was also a Gaither Junior Fellow in the Democracy, Conflict, and Governance Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Fowler graduated with high honors from Swarthmore College in 2017, with a major in political science and a minor in Arabic studies.
