Garrett Fisher was a fellow in the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program, where he focused on redistricting litigation and policy. He graduated from the New York University School of Law, where he was a Root-Tilden-Kern Scholar. During law school, he served as an editor on the NYU Law Review and interned at the Brennan Center, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and the New York City Law Department in the Office of Legal Counsel. Prior to law school, Garrett worked in the Texas House of Representatives. He holds a BA and a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
