Jiyoon Park is a program associate in the Brennan Center’s Elections and Government Program, where she focuses on election security and disinformation. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, she worked as a litigation paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, supporting the commercial litigation, capital markets, bankruptcy and restructuring, and pro bono practice areas. Park graduated from Wesleyan University with a BA in government and East Asian studies and a certificate in international relations. For her undergraduate capstone project, Park examined the historical foundations of gender inequality in South Korea’s labor market and the consequential impacts of these disparities.
