Katherine Yon Ebright is counsel in the Brennan Center’s Liberty and National Security Program, where she focuses on war powers and the constitutional separation of powers.
Yon Ebright previously served as a fellow at the Public International Law & Policy Group. She then served as a law clerk to Judge John M. Walker Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to Judge J. Paul Oetken of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She received an AB in social studies from Harvard College and a JD from Columbia Law School.
