Ivey Dyson is counsel in the Brennan Center's Liberty and National Security Program, focusing on issues related to surveillance and policing.

Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Dyson was a legal fellow at Equal Rights Beyond Borders, a Greek-German NGO, where she worked on issues related to the human rights of migrants in detention and offered direct services to asylum applicants. Dyson received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
