On November 5, 2024, Oklahoma will hold retention elections for three seats on the Oklahoma Supreme Court and three seats on the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. Supreme Court Justices James Edmondson, Noma D. Gurich, and Yvonne Kauger are up for retention. In the Court of Criminal Appeals, David B. Lewis, William J. Musseman, and Scott Rowland are also standing for retention. The results of these elections will determine if these justices will continue serving six-year terms.

Justice Edmondson and Justice Gurich won their respective retention elections on the Oklahoma Supreme Court, while Justice Kauger was defeated in hers. All three justices up for retention in the Court of Criminal Appeals maintained their seats.
