Raya Koreh was a Research and Program Associate in the Brennan Center’s Liberty & National Security Program. At the Brennan Center, her work focused on surveillance, religious and racial profiling, and the intersection of technology and civil rights and liberties. Ms. Koreh co-authored the Brennan Center report “Social Media Monitoring: How the Department of Homeland Security Uses Digital Data in the Name of National Security” (2019). Her writing has been featured in the Hill, Time, Slate, and Just Security. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College in May 2018 with an undergraduate degree in history.
