Manuel Monge was the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Brennan Center for Justice. In his role, he served on the organization’s executive management team, and led the Brennan Center’s people, organization, and culture initiatives and programs.
Manuel has made his professional mission to help organizations build better cultures and better leaders. Before joining the Brennan Center, Manuel worked at Nestle in local, regional, and global roles, across five countries in three different continents. Most recently, Manuel led the Human Resources function for Nestle Health Science in the US, where he helped transform the organization with greater focus on employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion, performance, and innovation. Manuel holds a BA in Industrial Engineering and an MBA.
