Cherie Vu served as the special assistant to the vice president of the Democracy Program. In her role, she conducted research, assisted with program-wide reports and meetings, and provided administrative support. Before joining the Brennan Center, Cherie worked as a field organizer for the Democratic Party of Georgia, campaigning for Senators Ossoff and Warnock during the US Senate runoffs in Georgia. She graduated from Georgetown University in 2020, where she majored in Government and minored in Economics.
