The Supreme Court must reject the
independent state legislature “theory”

Here are the facts. The so-called independent state legislature “theory” is a radical and baseless doctrine pushed by fringe lawyers and lawmakers – but the Supreme Court has decided it will hear the case, Moore v Harper, on December 7. The wrong decision could prevent voters from electing leaders of their choice and would have dangerous and far-reaching consequences for our democracy.
