There are two contested seats on the Arkansas Supreme Court in 2010. In one race, Courtney Henry defeated John Fogleman in the May 18, 2010 nonpartisan general election, with 57.52% of the vote. In the other race, Karen Baker and Tim Fox competed in a nonpartisan runoff election on November 2, 2010, because neither candidate received 50% of the vote in the May 18th election; Karen Baker defeated Tim Fox.
