Listen to a panel discussion featuring Andy Worthington, Joanne Mariner, Wells Dixon, and Jonathan Hafetz on the timely and important issues revolving around the future of Guantánamo, including concerns involving the detainees still held at the naval base and the detainees who have been cleared but cannot return home, proposals regarding preventive detention, domestic implications of Guantánamo, the use of military commissions, and the future of other American detention facilities around the world.  

This discussion took place on Monday, March 10, 2008, at Columbia University Law School.

  • Wells Dixon, attorney with the Center for Constitutional Rights’ Guantánamo Global Justice Initiative, which challenges the detention of prisoners held at Guantánamo Bay.
